Glentoran complete signing of Carrick Rangers midfielder Aaron Harmon

Harmon has agreed a two-year deal with The Oval club.

Harmon has played with Carrick since 2011 and captained the Taylor Avenue outfit’s successful promotion from Championship 1 in 2015.

Glens manager Alan Kernaghan said: “I am delighted to have secured Aaron’s signature despite intense competition from other premiership clubs.

“Aaron’s professionalism and his positive attitude, allied to his undoubted skill, will provide a major boost to our rebuilding plans and I know he will be a great asset to the squad”.
