Coleraine and Dungannon in scoreless draw

Coleraine and Dungannon Swifts had to make do with a point in the final game of the season.

The Bannsiders made a bright start with Gary Browne going close on two minutes firing ovwe from close range.

Gary Liggett went close just after the half hour before Browne drew a smart save out of Barratt Turker just before the break.

Gareth Tommons tested Turker with an effort eight minutes after the restart.

Matt Hazley spurned a great chance on 78 minutes as he weaved through the Coleraine back line, but his hot was more like a back pass and never troubled Ferry.

And right at the death the Bannsiders’ stopper did well to tip McCashin’s close range shot over the bar.
