Coleraine will play Dungannon Swifts in the sixth round of the Irish Cup after they saw off Cliftonville in a seven-goal thriller at The Showgrounds.

The Bannsiders edged in front on 11 minutes as Paul Owens fired in after Cliftonville failed to clear from a corner.

The Bannsiders suffered a blow on 26 minutes as Michael Hegarty was sent off for a challenge on Cosgrove.

It was the hosts though who were on top and they doubled the lead on 35 minutes as Gary Browne coolly slotted in.

Coleraine added a third five minutes after the restart David McDaid fired in from the spot after he had been brought down by Jamie McGovern.

The Reds got a lifetime straight away though as Diarmuid O’Carroll headed home from close range.

Coleraine looked to have wrapped it up on 72 minutes as Ruairi Harkin dinked the ball past Devlin.

But remarkably within nine minutes the visitors were level as Ciaran Caldwell and Joe Gormley both scored to set up a grandstand finish.
