Heavy snow and freezing conditions have forced the postponement of two of Tuesday’s scheduled football matches.

The rearranged Irish Premiership game between Lisburn Distillery and Portadown has been postponed because the New Grosvenor pitch is frozen.

The other game called off is the Irish Cup fifth round replay between Larne and Lurgan Celtic at Inver Park.

Tuesday’s big cup clash between Crusaders and holders Linfield goes ahead on Seaview’s artificial surface.

Meanwhile, Kilmore Rec progessed to the Sixth Round of the Irish Cup with a 1-0 win at Tobermore United.

An 88th minute penalty from S Douglas was the difference between the sides in Tuesday’s Fifth Round Replay.

Kilmore Rec now go on to face Institute in the Sixth Round on Saturday, February 9.
