Glenavon manager Gary Hamilton believes new signing Eoin Bradley can be a “massive hit” at Mourneview Park.
Bradley has agreed a two-year deal with the Lurgan Blues after spending last season with Coleraine.
The former Derry GAA star bagged 12 goals in 23 appearances for the Bannsiders, and Hamilton believes the forward will bolster Glenavon’s attacking threat next season.
“I am delighted to get Eoin on board,” Hamilton said.
“We sent a letter into Coleraine and we then spoke with the player, and it was evident he was keen on joining Glenavon from an early stage.
“He has done fantastically well since moving from GAA to soccer, and I was always interested in bring Eoin to Mourneview.
“He was obviously loyal to Coleraine last season, but thankfully we have managed to coax him to Glenavon.”
Hamilton believes the prospect of European football is an added bonus for Bradley.
“I think that is something every player wants to experience, so our Irish Cup final win was important in that respect,” Hamilton added.
