Glentoran defender Jay Magee grabbed an injury time equaliser to salvage a point against Portadown at the Oval.

The former Glenavon man tapped the ball home after Jordan Stewart’s shot was spilled by goalkeeper Billy Brennan.

Portadown’s Chris Casement grabbed a wonder goal midway through the second half that looked to have won it for Ronnie McFall’s side, but Magee had other ideas.

Little Jordan Stewart shot the home team into the lead on 33 minutes, finishing off a long throw in from Johnny Addis.

But Portadown striker Darren Murray equalised with a thundering strike on the hour.

Casement hit the goal off the game 11 minutes later with a magnificent 30 yard effort, that arrowed into the bottom corner. But with the clock ticking down, Magee struck the leveller on 93 minutes.
