Match of the Day at Breda Park certainly didn’t disappoint and the large crowd were entertained by a glut of goals, great come backs, a last minute goal and two late dismissals.

Knockbreda raced into a three goal lead through Wright, Chines and a Wright penalty.

They took that lead into the changing rooms at half time but within the first 15 minutes of the restart Dundela had clawed the their way back to draw level at 3-3.

With 15 minutes to go Chines scored again but The Duns equalised once more and in the last minute of normal time Breda scored the winner in this nine goal thriller.

Dundela lost their discipline and had two men sent off in added time but by then the points were all Bredas.

Institute moved back to top spot with a 3-2 home win over Ballyclare Comrades and they did it with ten men for most of the second half.

Ballyclare took the lead on 25 minutes before Stute equalised eight minutes later. Stephen Parkhouse was sent off for an alleged elbow on ‘48 before the Drumahoe men went 3-1 up with strikes by Curran’60 and McCauley ’62.

Comrades pulled one back before the end but the points stayed with the North-West outfit.

As they strive for a top two finish, fifth placed Bangorhammered five past bottom club Coagh United without reply.

Limavady United are in trouble as Lisburn Distillery all but ended their ten year tenure in the top division. One goal in each half from Browne and Wright respectively secured the win for The Whites.

Elsewhere Dergview drew 0-0 with The Welders at Darragh Park and Larne and Donegal Celtic drew 1-1.
