Need a New Year’s Resolution? Then join Team Natasha now.
Former BBC Reporter and PR Specialist for Randox Health, Natasha Sayee is urging everyone to put their running shoes on and begin training for a healthier new year’s resolution like her.
“My lifestyle needs a big shake up!! Yes I walk lots with the dogs, but coffee and cake are usually involved - ask me to run? Forget about it” says Natasha.
Natasha highlighted that since joining Randox Health she has gained a real appreciation of the importance of a balanced diet and regular exercise. Her Randox Health profile showed that while it isn’t here yet, diabetes is in her genes and threatening to come to the party.
“Urgent action is required - I’ve made real changes to my diet and now it is time to get exercising! Signing up to the 2014 Deep River Rock Belfast City Marathon Relay is the challenge I need and a great way to keep myself motivated. New year new start and if I can do it so can you!”
