Isle of Man TT star John McGuinness has launched the Joey Dunlop Foundation’s tombola prize for 2013, which is a stunning Honda Fireblade painted in the livery of the Ulster bike hero’s Formula One-winning SP1 machine from 2000.

McGuinness was among 150 guests at the annual JDF dinner on the Isle of Man, attended by Linda Dunlop, Ryan Farquhar, Jeremy McWilliams, Conor Cummins and Dan Kneen.

Joey’s official charity continues to grow with the committee announcing plans for a further two apartments to be constructed at Braddan Bridge House.

Established in 2001, the charity endured many highs and lows before the self-catering apartments for people with special needs were formally opened by Linda Dunlop and McGuinness in 2010.

Honda machinery for the JDF’s charity prize has been supplied by Clive Padgett and Kevin Quirk of the JDF thanked Padgett and Honda race team manager Neil Tuxworth for their continued support.

The JDF will have a presence at the North West 200 in May, when tickets for the Honda Fireblade can be purchased.

Tickets can also be obtained by contacting JDF House on 01624 677741 or visit www.joeydunlopfoundation.com.
