Now, there’s a time and a ‘plaice’ for jokes but we’re not ‘codding’ when we tell you that a Bushmills chip shop has produced a Giro d’Italia-inspired PINK fish supper!

The colour-coded fish supper idea was the brainchild of Geoffrey McKillop, the owner of The Hip Chip in Bushmills.

Geoffrey told us: “I went along to the Giro d’Italia launch event in Ballycastle recently.
