Methody made it 35 outright School’s Cup wins as they outscored Sullivan by four tries to two in the Ravenhill decider.
Centre Connor McKee touched down twice in the opening 18 minutes to help the Belfast School to a 17-5 half time lead.
Sullivan playing in their first ever final settled into the occasion better but couldn’t make their early dominance count .
McKee playing in his third cup final opening the scoring when he barged over from close range on 10 minutes following a powerful drive from the pack and out half Josh Bingham converted.
McKee got his second try when a Sullivan move broke down and he picked the ball up and sprinted clear.
Sullivan got back in the game when winger Chris Jordan squeezed over in the corner for a try but Mark Adair was wide with the conversion.
Centre Alastair McIvor scored Methody’s third try on 30 minutes finishing off a move involving McKee and Bingham.
Full back Johnny Betts give Sullivan a lifeline when he crossed on 50 minutes but Methody sealed the game with two tires in the final six minutes.
Winger Josh Jordan went over after good work from prop Ben O’Reilly and Rorry Cairns finished off a sweeping move with the last play of ame to give the Belfast School a hat trick of titles
