Malone completed a league double over Ballymena with a bonus victory at Gibson Park in a 26-5 victory in AIL Division 1B.
Jacque Benade’s side outscored the Braidmen by four tries to one to leave the Eaton Park side rooted to the bottom of the table.
Malone got the prefect with a try from winger Michael Barker after three minutes.
The home side kicked a penalty to the corner, from the lineout the forwards worked the ball through the phases creating an overlap and Barker was able to use his pace to squeeze over in the corner but Niall O’Connor was off target with the conversion.
Malone nearly had a second try but centre Johnny Burgess was bungled into touch close to the line.
Ballymena squandered a good chance went they built through the phases but condeded a penalty on the line.
The visitors did draw level on 22 minutes with a try from Ulster Ravens prop Andrew Warwick.
Ballymena kicked a penalty to touch, executed the catch and drive move and Warwick crashed over from close range bu8t out half Callum Patterson missed the conversion.
Ballymena had winger Budina sin binned for taking the man out in the air without the ball and Malone made their numerical advantage count with a second try.
O’Connor put a long kick in the ball seemed to be rolling out Josh Pentland reacted the quickest by scooping the ball up as two Ballymena defenders watched him and he flicked inside for Barker to cross for his second trey which O’Connor converted.
Malone got their third try on 37 minutes and again Ballymena were the masters of their own downfall scrum half Shane Kelly, the benefactor and O’Connor converted to make it 19-5 at the break.
The bonus point try came three minutes from the end when Pentland powered over and O’Connor converted.
