Rampant Ulster ran in five tries to secure a bonus-point victory over Cardiff Blues in Friday night’s RaboDirect Pro12 clash at Ravenhill.
Tries from Dan Tuohy and Jared Payne put Ulster in command only for the Blues respond with a try from Robin Copeland as the hosts went in 16-11 ahead at the interval.
Luke Marshall extended Ulster’s lead with a third try but Cardiff refused to lie down in Belfast.
The visitors remained within touching distance with Richard Smith going over for a try, but Andrew Trimble darted in to claim the bonus point before Tuohy bagged another late try as Ulster made it six straight wins.
