M2 traffic congestion after broken down vehicle blocks lane
A broken down car on the outer lane of the M2 at Arthur Bridge has created chaos for morning traffic.
Although the lane has now been cleared - less than 30 minutes after the problem arose - "delays remain from J4 Sandyknowes into Belfast", according to TrafficwatchNI.
