The same entitlement for NI

If Irish Taoiseach Leo Varadkar is claiming that people in Northern Ireland should be afforded the same rights as citizens in the rest of the UK and Republic of Ireland with regard to same sex marriage and an Irish language act, then does it not follow that people in Northern Ireland are entitled to the same system of government as the rest of the UK and Republic of Ireland? ie democratic majority rule
