McKinney Motors revolutionises NI motor industry with £400K giveaway
The Armagh-based car dealership, McKinney Motors, has revolutionised the retail car industry in light of Covid-19.
When the pandemic hit, owners Sean McKinney and Paul Gordon had to think quickly on their feet on how to keep their business going through a series of relentless lockdowns which resulted in the temporary closure of McKinney Motors.
In March 2020, as the pandemic hit hard, McKinney Motors launched McKinney Competitions – an e-commerce extension to their existing business model offering people from across the UK and Ireland the chance to win luxury cars and prizes on a daily basis.
Since that time they have given away over £5m in prizes and had over 300 winners.
McKinney Competitions has also gained an impressive 123k followers on their Facebook since it launched in March 2020.
However McKinney Competitions has just launched their biggest ever competition and the biggest one in history on the island of Ireland, giving away a luxury, fully-furnished 3-bed Smart Apartment in one of Belfast’s most desirable postcodes worth almost £400k and they are even throwing in all bills paid for a year plus a 2019 Range Rover Sport. This life-changing competition is the first of its kind here in Northern Ireland and due to the successful brand and reputation that McKinney’s have built up during the pandemic – this competition is expected to gain traction from all across the UK and Ireland.
