Olivia awarded Young Cook of the Year title

Budding young chef, eleven year old Olivia Miskimmons from Banbridge Academy has been awarded the prestigious title of the 2016 Dairy Council for Northern Ireland '˜Young Cook of the Year'.

Taking her inspiration from the Northern Ireland Year of Food, Olivia prepared Finn McCool’s Seafood Crumble (served with Olivia’s Creamy Colcannon and Northern Irish Seasonal Vegetables) which was deemed by the judging panel to be of a professional chef’s standard.
