If approved it will see land at Bridgewater Park north-west of Tesco and north-east of Cascum Road, Banbridge become The Range’s new home.

The total gross floorspace of the proposed development is 4,476m2.

It is understood the developer hopes to have the Banbridge store open in 2021.

This will be The Range’s second store in the borough with a store in the Meadow’s Centre, Portadown, having opened in 2018. The company also has plans for further expansion in NI.
