Reserve champion sells for £4,800 at Hilltown Christmas show and sale

At the recent Christmas show and sale at Hilltown Mart , the overall champion and first place in the beef bullock class, which was shown by Mr Todd of Banbridge, sold to £2300 for 664kg (346ppk) and it was purchased by Carnbrooke Meats.

The reserve champion and first in the beef heifer class was shown by Mr Conor Small of Kilkeel and it was sold for £4800 for 746kg (643ppk) and purchased by Mr Freddie Miskelly.

Meanwhile, the Housewife’s Choice was shown by Niall and Christopher Brown of Hilltown and it was sold for £2200 for 652kg (337ppk) and purchased by Cunningham Butchers, Kilkeel.
