An appeal on PSNI Facebook reveals that police as “concerned for the wellbeing” of Liam “who is missing from the Saintfield Road area of Belfast”.
The post adds: “Liam was last seen close to the entrance of Knockbracken Healthcare Park and was wearing a heavy long brown coat and either blue jeans or black adidas, 3 white stripe trousers with the bottoms turned up.
