Another 189 people have tested positive with COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, the Department of Health dashboard has revealed.

That means 1.128 people have tested positive in the last 7 days.

And 9,950 people have tested positive in NI altogether.

Meanwhile there have been no further deaths in the last 24 hours - leaving the death toll at 577.

There are now 27 COVID-19 cases in NI Care homes - and 12 suspected outbreaks.

There are now 5 people in ICU with COVID and 41 Covid patients in hospitals across Northern Ireland.
