PUBLIC TRANSPORT

A complimentary shuttle service to Balmoral Park will operate from Lisburn Train station between 9am and 6.20pm (Thursday 8.20pm) to the new Showgrounds.

With large crowds expected at the 149th Balmoral Show, 10 – 13 May 2017, Translink is asking visitors to plan their journeys in advance and leave extra time to make onward train connections.

Great value coach daytours departing locations right across Northern Ireland, enhanced train services to Lisburn and a free shuttle bus from Lisburn Train Station are all in place to help visitors make smart moves for a relaxing journey to and from Balmoral Park.

From West: Take the M1 to junction 8 and follow the directional signage.

From North West: Take the M1 to junction 8 and follow the directional signage.

From Lisburn: Take the Moira Road out of Lisburn and follow directional signage.

From Belfast: Travel South on the M1, coming off at Sprucefield and follow directional signage to Balmoral Park.

From North East: Travel South on the M1, coming off at Sprucefield and follow directional signage to Balmoral Park.

FREE PARKING AT KING'S HALL COMPLEX

Limited parking is available at the front of the King's Hall Complex.

While there is a 24 hour security presence, vehicles are left at owner's risk.

Visitors who avail of this option can take the train from Balmoral Halt to Lisburn Train Station and avail of the onward shuttle service to Balmoral Park. This car park is open from 9am - 10pm from the 10th - 13th May.
