Body found in Ballymoney was missing pensioner
Police have confirmed the identity of the body found in the Ballymoney area on Thursday.
It has been confirmed as that of 66-year-old Norman Galbraith, who went missing in July last year.
Detective Sergeant Gallagher said: “Police can confirm that the body found in the Bravallan Road area of Ballymoney on Thursday, 14 April has been identified as 66-year-old Norman Galbraith who went missing at the end of July 2015.
“Mr Galbraith’s family would ask media to respect their privacy at this very sad time.”
Police are not treating Mr Galbraith’s death as suspicious at this time.
