As many as 200 jobs are thought to be under threat at a Belfast business support centre operated by Indian firm Tech Mahindra after the loss of a major client.

The city centre business, established in 2007 with support from Invest NI has lost a major contract with mobile and internet services provider EE.

That contract is understood to be the primary source of employment in Belfast, but is due to end in January after EE announced it was bringing its broadband support services in-house.
