The ‘Dream Builder’ programme by Wonka Lab aims to create joint economic development opportunities between the US, UK and ROI leading to job creation and lasting economic impact, by bringing entrepreneurs together, from around the world, and giving them access to the best resources available.
‘Wonka Lab’ is a Los Angeles based start-up factory, focused on helping entrepreneurs build next-generation companies and solutions that have a positive impact on society. Its aim is to become a global leader in entrepreneurial support systems.
“As Wonka Lab’s core focus is to seek out the best talent around the world, we are always on the lookout for opportunities to work with agencies like DHD,” said CEO Mike Murphy.
“After the first interview with DHD we immediately knew that they were the right fit. What stood out most was their attentiveness, due diligence, drive, and willingness to get creative.
David Henderson, MD at DHD said: “We are very excited to be working with Mike and the team at Wonka Lab.
“From our first conversation over Skype in early January, it was clear to us that Mike was an intelligent guy who had a very clear vision of what he wanted to achieve.
The fact that these guys wanted to assist start-ups and provide solutions that have a positive impact on the world around them struck a real chord with us and was something we wanted to get involved with immediately.
“We were delighted when Mike asked us to become their exclusive design partner and we are looking forward to spending a week with Mike and the guys in August, and are already starting to prepare for some of the consultancy and training we will be providing when we arrive in Los Angeles.”
