JCB Young Drivers Zone will open at Junction One in Antrim next month, making it the first centre in Ireland and only the fourth in the UK.

Set to open on April 1, the new attraction will boast over 50 ride-on JCB vehicles for 2 – 8 year olds with a specially designed track featuring bridges, humps, roundabouts and overtaking lanes.

The 6000sq ft track has been designed by local company All Play and represents a £100k investment for Junction One.

Centre Manager, Leona Barr, said there was much excitement about its arrival.

“JCB Young Drivers Zone is an important addition to Junction One’s already strong offering of family leisure activities.

“Securing the only JCB in Ireland was a significant investment for Junction One and we are grateful to Ulster Bank for its support.”
