A Sinn Fein politician has said he will not be deterred after police warned him of a bomb threat at his home.
Newry and Armagh MP Conor Murphy, who received the warning in the early hours of Thursday, said after searches “nothing untoward was found”.
“This threat ... is cowardly and wrong,” he said. “Neither I nor any of my Sinn Fein colleagues will be deterred by these threats and I will continue to represent the people of Newry and Armagh.”
Police received a report of a suspicious device in Camlough at 3.30am.
