Elderly couple found dead in Donegal - police investigating
Police in the Republic of Ireland are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an elderly couple in Co. Donegal.
The bodies of the man and woman were discovered by neighbours inside a house in the village of Convoy.
“This is very fresh and we simply cannot say at this stage how they died," said a Gardaí spokesperson.
“A full examination of the scene will be carried out to determine what direction our investigation will take.”
