Homes evacuated in security alert
A number of homes in north Belfast have been evacuated during a security alert.
Police are currently in attendance at the incident in the Lepper Street area following the discovery of a suspicious object in the area this afternoon (Monday).
Lepper Street has been closed to traffic between New Lodge Road and Hillman Street.
There are no further details at this time.
