Police in Ards and North Down said they had seized suspected drugs and cautioned an adult following a number of searches in Holywood.
The searches targeted properties near the town centre after 10am on Wednesday, and uncovered what the PSNI dubbed “new psychoactive substances” (the police term for so-called legal highs), suspected cannabis, and a number of mobile phones.
One female adult was cautioned on suspicion of abstracting electricity.
The police said they were acting on information they had received about drug activity in the area.
Councillor Trevor Cummings, chairman of Ards and North Down PCSP, said: “Legal highs can, as we are all too aware given the recent deaths of several young people from taking these substances, cause devastation within families and communities.”
