Man arrested in connection with serious assault in NI town - suspect now being questioned
Detectives from Major Investigation Team investigating the death of a 54 year old man in April 2018 following a serious assault in Captain’s Bar on Lower Captain Street, Coleraine in May 2017 have arrested a 58-year-old man.
Police said the man was arrested in Coleraine today.
A PSNI spokesman added that the suspect has been taken to Coleraine Police Station where he is currently being questioned.
