Man arrested in probe into Londonderry ‘bomb incidents’


A 44-year-old man has been arrested this morning in Londonderry in relation to ‘bomb incidents’ in the city.

A PSNI spokesman said the arrest was in relation to bomb incidents at the Crawford Square probation offices and the Limavady Road Army Reserve camp.

The suspect was detained in the Ballymagowan area by Reactive and Organised Crime Branch detectives from Strand Road.

He has been taken to Musgrave police station in Belfast.
