Man arrested in National Crime Agency-led operation on suspicion of possessing counterfeit currency and drugs offences
A man has been arrested in Newtownards as part of the National Crime Agency-led operation, Operation Venetic.
A PSNI spokesman said a 35 year-old male was arrested yesterday on suspicion of a number of offences, including possessing counterfeit currency and drugs offences involving Class A and Class B drugs.
He remains in custody at this stage.
