A security operation which saw police descend on an east Belfast neighbourhood has resulted in suspected drugs being seized.
The raid centred on Frank Street, a cul-de-sac of terraced houses off Castlereagh Street.
The PSNI said a 30-year-old male “has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B controlled drug and possessing a class B controlled drug with intent to supply...
“A number of items, including a quantity of suspected cannabis and imitation firearms, have been seized by police during the search.”
The raid began in the morning, and police announced the outcome by mid-afternoon.
