Pair arrested under Terrorism Act released unconditionally
Two men arrested under the Terrorism Act in Londonderry yesterday have been released unconditionally.
The pair, both aged 20, were detained following searches of a number of addresses in the city.
People arrested under The Terrorism Act must be charged, released pending report to the Public Prosecution Service or released unconditionally – bail is not permitted under this legislation.
