Homes evacuated following discovery of suspicious object
Police are at the scene of a security alert in west Belfast following the discovery of a suspicious object in the Slieveban Avenue area of Andersonstown.

The object was discovered at around 11:30am this morning.
“A number of houses have been evacuated. No main roads are affected at this time,” a PSNI spokesperson said.
There are no further details at this time.
