Busy NI road closed after pedestrian struck by vehicle
Motorists are advised that the Upper Newtownards Road in east Belfast is closed following a single-vehicle collision involving a pedestrian this morning.
Diversions are in place at the junctions with the Beersbridge Road and Grampian Avenue.
