Man in critical state after gun attack in Londonderry
A young man is in a critical condition after being shot in Londonderry.
The shooting happened in the Creggan area of the city.
The Ambulance Service were notified just before 9pm.
The victim, aged 24, has injuries to his legs, but the number of shots and the type of firearm are unknown.
He is presently in Altnagelvin hospital.
It follows the death of a man in Belfast following a gun attack on Friday.
