He has a good rapport with all members of Trillick YFC and has coped well with the challenges of leading a large club.

This year he was elected Tyrone county vice chairman and together with his committee duties he has been involved visiting neighbouring clubs to offer help and encouragement – a role he very much enjoyed. Over the years he has participated in almost all YFC competitions and his ‘can do’ attitude encourages members to take part too.

This season he set himself the target of increasing participation which has been achieved. In 2015, he undertook two major challenges - to co-write, produce and act in Trillick’s arts festival entry and to act as choirmaster for the choir festival as he enjoys acting and is a good singer.

In the summer of 2015, Mark became the first Trillick member to be awarded a place on the European Rally Team and is also on the committee involved in planning the 2016 rally in Northern Ireland.

Courtesy of United Feeds, Mark received a commemorative plaque as well as £100 worth of vouchers from the shop of his choice.
