Flowers case for the Equality Commission

I was speaking to a florist this week and he said a man asked him to send a bouquet of flowers to his pregnant girlfriend with the message '“ I never want to see you or your brat, ever.

The florist told his customer he wasn’t comfortable about sending that message and he didn’t, despite the man’s anger.

In light of the Ashers bakery judgement would the florist now have to send the customer’s message and if he refused would he be liable to prosecution?

Would the Equality Commission support the plaintiff out of public funds when the vast majority of the public wouldn’t want them to?
