Hard to understand why DUP share with SF

After reading Ben Lowry's article on Troubles deaths ('˜There is a good reason for the delay in legacy structures, as PSNI chief should know,' December 16) it is hard to understand why the DUP want to power share with Sinn Fein, who are controlled by the IRA army council.
