Ignoring terrorism while focussing on those who tried to protect us

Ben Lowry ('˜Film world isn't telling the other side of the story about IRA terror,' November 4) highlighted the truth about the bias against the terrorism committed by republicans.

For a country to end up mostly ignoring terrorist crimes and to focus on those who stood between us and those who wanted to destroy and do us harm, is beyond belief.

A lot goes back to unionists allowing royal pardons and On The Run letters to go without the protest that it warranted.

You can imagine the protest that Sinn Fein/IRA would have put up if they had been withdrawn.
