Keep Stormont in abeyance

Last week many letters and articles from writers within various shades of unionism quite rightly exposed the hypocrisy of Sinn Fein leaders for condemning the Manchester bombing by an Islamic State terrorist which killed 22 innocent civilians as in the past the IRA had also carried out bomb attacks in Manchester and other cities within the United Kingdom resulting in the loss of innocent civilians.

While I agree with all these letters and articles I also believe that there is an element of double standards by those unionists who enter government with them.

Thankfully at present the institutions at Stormont have not been reinstated and we do not have Sinn Fein in government.

The challenge that I would put to those who accuse Sinn Fein of hypocrisy is: will you put them back into government or take a stand?
