‘Meet my son Ben; people can now legally kill boys just like him – and maybe the elderly will be next’

If the law that exists today in Northern Ireland existed a decade ago, I could have my son legally killed a day before he was born. That is because my son has Down’s Syndrome.

This is what some call progress under the name of choice. What is really ironic about this situation is that this barbaric abortion regime was forced upon this

province by Westminster during the Covid 19 pandemic, when we would see ministers on television every evening telling us how we should curtail our choices to save lives.

The world is now focused, and rightly so, on Black Life Matters. Here Black people and their supporters are able to speak out and express their views on

what really concerns them. The unborn cannot speak out.

The Bible understands this and in Proverbs 31:8 (NIV) it encourages us to do so by stating ‘Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights

of all who are destitute.’

I pray for this Law to be changed and also for those who have pushed it through, against the will of our province, because the bible tells us in Proverbs

6:16-17 that God hates those who shed innocent blood, and also in Deuteronomy 27:25 it states, cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person.

Sometimes I wonder how long will it be before our nation decides that the killing of elderly people and sick people is justifiable?

We are slowly heading that way as we, as a nation, drift away from the teachings of the Bible.

To end on a lighter note, my son Ben is a happy little boy who enjoys life and gives a lot of love.

Our lives are much better with him here and we are so proud of him.
