Coronavirus NI: One death recorded and one person tests positive for virus - no patients now in ICU

Another person has died with COVID-19 in Northern Ireland, according to the Department of Health dashboard.

The DoH say the death was reported but did not happen within the last 24 hours.

The last death brings the death toll to 550, according to the Department of Health.

The sad news comes as it is revealed that there are no patients now fighting for their lives in ICU in Northern Ireland hospitals with coronavirus.

Meanwhile there are now 34 confirmed COVID-19 patients in NI Care Homes - and 16 suspected cases.

According to the dashboard so far 5,751 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Northern Ireland.

It states that 24 people have tested positive in the last 7 days - and 1 in the last 24 hours.
