The collision happened between Kesh and Milltown in Co Fermanagh.
A Tweet on TrafficwatchNI said: “PSNI advise the A47 Killadeas Road is CLOSED in both directions following a Road Traffic Collision”.
A Tweet by PSNI Road Policing and Safety said: “The Killadeas Road near Kesh has been closed following a 2 vehicle RTC.
“Diversions are in place.”
