PSNI reveal concern for ‘welfare’ of missing Elaine Palmer - anyone with information asked to contact 101

In a post on Police North Belfast Facebook site officers say: “Police are concerned regarding the welfare of Elaine Palmer.

“Elaine is described as 5ft 2ins in height and of slim build.

“If you have any information that could assist us in locating Elaine please contact us on 101 and quote serial number 2302 of 15/6/20,” they add.
