It’s always good to look back and reflect on the successes of the club and its members in the past year. The hard work from all members definitely paid off with an impressive table of silverware being brought back to the club.

A huge congratulations must go to everyone who picked up a prize at club, county and Northern Ireland level.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped to make this night run smoothly.

Thanks must go to Mr Andrew Little for being our very entertaining guest speaker on the night. As it comes to the end of a very successful club year for Cappagh YFC we would like to thank all those who have supported us throughout, and our dedicated members and parents, as without you, Cappagh YFC would cease to exist.

Although we have came to the end of our club meetings for the year 2015/16, the fun is only just beginning. Remember when the winter programme ends, the summer programme begins.

Make sure you keep a look out for all competitions and events coming up in the near future, including our annual steak barbecue and barn dance, being held at K Preston’s Farm on June 18 with music by the one and only Johnny Brady.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased from all Cappagh YFC members! Proceeds from the BBQ are going to the Friends of the cancer Centre charity.’
