Status Quo to go '˜full throttle' in Belfast

Rock legends Status Quo are to perform in Belfast this autumn.

The band will play at the SSE Arena on Friday, October 28 as part of their Last Night of the Electrics tour. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am.

The rockers then move to Dublin to play the 3Arena the following day (Saturday, October 29).

The band, fronted by Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt, have said they will play a “full-throttle, no-nonsense” electric set.

Status Quo have had dozens of UK chart hits during an illustrious 48-year history. They are perhaps best known for their hit Rockin’ All Over The World.

The band have said that this tour will be the last to feature electric guitars.
