Top officer is promoted to ACC
The Policing Board has appointed Chief Superintendent Alan Todd as Assistant Chief Constable (ACC) for the PSNI.

Speaking about the appointment Board Chair Anne Connolly said: “On behalf of the Board, I congratulate Alan on his success in this ACC appointment process.”
As part of the PSNI Service Executive Team he will play a leading role in ensuring the policing needs of the community are met and “helping Northern Ireland’s communities to become safer and stronger”.
